You can request a return under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
We do not accept returns for:
Personal care, hygiene, and beauty products (e.g. skin care, makeup, undergarments).
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Customized or special order items.
Email us at returns@luxiq.shop within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a brief reason, and photos if applicable.
Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved.
If approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back or arrange for pickup (depending on your location).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued back to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit, as per your choice.
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
